Orchestra Performance



This image is from the archive that I photographed in Kanuma City during the Kanuma Buttsuke Autumn Festival...

It was a cold day today (below zero Celsius at night) and I felt like posting photo taken during a warm weather. Where's the spring???

    Great clear & bright weather - ideal for the band to play.... And what an impressive looking band, their instruments look mighty heavy...Ha Ha.!!

    This is one of my favorite shots this week. I just love the red of the uniforms and all of the shiny instruments. The one thing that really sticks out in my mind is the person in the wheelchair watching and listening to the performance. Such a colorful and sharp picture. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

    The Kanuma Buttsuke Autumn Festival looks like an exciting festival. I've never heard of this before. But, I am so glad to find out about it here, from your site. All of the performers were dressed so smart in uniforms.
