    These photos were taken last year, unfortunately the weather is not perfect now, it is sunny but very cold yet.

    This is very interesting with the rocks in back of that central stone with reflections in the water making it almost symmetrical.

    I love Japanese gardens, especially the way stone/symbolism is incorporated into the design. These gardens are such peaceful places to experience. Your photograph illustrates this very well I think.

    why is it "ying and yang" stone? is that what the characters on it say?

    it is a lovely shot. i would like to see it in color as well. i really love photos with water. movement.. in the still.

    I love the reflections of the rocks on the water, it took me a moment to process it as that. I first saw them as bubbles. Interesting shot.
